1. Corporate Identity & Relationship

Semita Technologies Private Limited operates comprehensive communication connectivity portfolios and specialized divisions including Semita Nexis. All commercial agreements, supply contracts, and engineering warranties are executed in alignment with our corporate governance standards and verified manufacturing protocols.

2. Technical Information & Product Specifications

We engineer high-performance solutions across optical fiber cables, fiber connectivity, optical transceivers, RF assemblies, copper structured cabling, server racks, intelligent PDUs, and liquid cooling systems. Please note:

• Specification Accuracy: While Semita Technologies exercises rigorous diligence to maintain current product specifications, thermal ratings, and compatibility charts, continuous engineering advancements may result in specification updates without prior notice.
• Engineering Validation: Architectural diagrams, airflow containment models, and schematics published on this site are indicative references. Field deployments require formal validation by certified Semita engineers or customer-appointed MEP consultants.
• Datasheets & CAD Models: Downloadable datasheets, 3D CAD models, and technical brochures remain the intellectual property of Semita Technologies and are licensed exclusively for project evaluation.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Purchase Orders

The following commercial terms apply to all procurement engagements:

• RFQ Submissions: Inquiries submitted via our consultation forms, product pages, or email do not constitute a binding sales contract until confirmed via an official written Semita Technologies Proforma Invoice or Sales Agreement.
• Validity: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, official quotations are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance, subject to raw material and currency indexation.
• Taxes & Duties: All prices quoted exclude applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), customs duties, and local freight levies unless expressly itemized in writing.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All trademarks, logos, trade names, engineering designs, proprietary firmware interfaces, and portal content are the exclusive intellectual property of Semita Technologies. No content may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or redistributed without prior written consent.

5. Product Warranty & Quality Standards

All hardware delivered by Semita Technologies complies with stringent international standards including CE, UL, RoHS, ISO 9001, and Telcordia GR-468 (for optical modules):

• Warranty Coverage: Products are backed by standard commercial warranties against defects in materials and workmanship from date of delivery or commissioning, as defined in the applicable commercial contract.
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage arising from improper electrical installation, environmental parameters exceeding specified thresholds, unauthorized modifications, or physical abuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Semita Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of network or data center uptime, lost business profits, or third-party service interruptions). In all events, the total cumulative liability of Semita Technologies arising from any transaction shall not exceed the purchase price actually received for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any commercial agreements arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in English.

8. Inquiries & Legal Notices
